AK70內開下懸窗主型材可視面壁厚2.5mm以上，符合型材國家標準GB/8814-2004；
可安裝19mm、24mm厚雙玻和32mm厚三玻，符合國內外對玻璃厚度的要求；
彩色雙面覆膜型材，完全達到以塑代木的效果，窗戶美觀、大方，不同紋理的木紋質感和家居環境更加協調，裝飾膜優越的防紫外線性能，有效的避免型材變色，滿足市場商品質量的需求；
主型材均為四腔三密封結構，氣密性能達國內8級以上，水密性能達國標5級，隔聲性能達國標第5級；
型材的大斷面設計，具有很好的抗風壓性能，抗風壓性能達國標第6級；
保溫性能可達國標第8級，傳熱系數K值可達到1.6w/m2.k以下；
